Too CUTE!

Here are a couple of pics just because they were too cute not to post! For St. Patty's day Nana sent Taija and Luke a box full of goodies, including some elmo socks from Auntie Tina and Unc! Taija wears them EVERYWHERE!


Grammy and Pa bought Taija a Dora helmet so that she can ride her bike safely - she LOVES it and will actually wear it anytime she wants to go for a bike ride. You can also see her new pony that Pa insisted she needed! **LOVES those socks - thanks Auntie Tina**

Pa and Grammy's Visit

Justin's parents came to visit Taija and Luke! We took them to the beach, to the Toy Store, 1st day of Soccertots, the Pony park and lots of good places to eat!

Pony Rides

Today was such an AWESOME day! A friend of mine had told me about this park just north of us - it has a whole farm like theme and even has pony rides! We decided since today was the 1st official day of Justin's spring break that we would try it out. Our friends the Egglestons joined us and we had a BLAST! Taija and Ellie rode the ponies and then they tried out the bounce house.

Taija and her BIKE

Taija has been working on riding her bike for the last month or so and has really figured it out! Just wanted to post some cute pics of her riding and a video. And a couple of Luke just because he is so CUTE!

Splash Park

The other day we went to the Splash Park...the weather has been cooler so we haven't been for awhile, but decided 80s was warm enough to go play in the water. I was so excited to take some pics of Taija in her cute swimsuit, but alas it wasn't meant to be. I took one picture and then my battery died! Bummer! So here is the one picture i took!


While we were at the splash park Taija totally biffed it and split her lip when she fell on her little bucket. Poor girl had a fat lip for a couple of days!

4 Months ALREADY!

Luke is 4 months old...can you believe it?! Time sure is flying by!


- Luke is 15 lbs. 10 oz
- 25.5 inches in length
- likes to sleep on his tummy and has been for the last 3 months
- will smile freely for everyone but mommy! Little stinker makes me work for one!
- can roll from his tummy to his side and then fall on to his back
- will only lay on his back if he has a blankie to entertain him
- loves to suck on his hands
- LOVES to cuddle (complete opposite from Taija)
- likes to hear himself talk when he first wakes up in the morning

We LOVE having Luke in our family and can't imagine life with out him!
